      吉林大学第一医院临床药理中心隶属于吉林大学白求恩第一医院转化医学研究院,实验室负责人为吉林大学唐敖庆特聘教授顾景凯老师,工作人员包括药师尹磊、王婷婷,实验技术人员张莹,科研人员赵晓君,共计5人。实验室主要承担的工作包括:代谢组学研究、蛋白质组学研究、遗传药理学研究、新生儿遗传代谢疾病筛查、毒物药物检测和筛查、临床药物浓度监测、前体药物设计与筛选、靶向型制剂开发与研究等。实验室占地面积共 400 m2; 拥有2台LC-MS/MS(Qtrap 5500,Triple TOF 5600)世界领先水平仪器, Qtrap 5500型串联质谱仪,Triple TOF 5600型液相色谱-串联质谱仪,配有电喷雾离子化源以及Analyst 1.5.1数据处理软件,美国Applied Biosystem公司;1台GC-MS(QP2010 Ultra,日本岛津公司);1台ICP MS(NexIon 300D,美国PE公司);SIL-20A XR 高效液相色谱系统,包括二元输液泵,自动进样器,切换阀,日本岛津公司。

开设检测项目:

1. 重金属检测

铅,镉,砷,镍,锂,铯,铀,铊,铍,铋,汞等

2.药物浓度监测

检测药物:丙戊酸、卡马西平、拉莫三嗪、奥卡西平、托吡酯、左乙拉西坦、苯巴比妥、苯妥英钠、硝西泮、氯硝西泮、万古霉素、霉酚酸、他克莫司、甲氨蝶呤、铂类药物、多西他赛等。

可检测医生要求的任何药物。

3. 新生儿遗传代谢病筛查

筛查苯丙酮尿症、甲基丙二酸血症等

4  25-羟基维生素D检测

针对骨质疏松、软骨病、生长发育缓慢、肝病、糖尿病、癌症等

5.中毒药物快速筛查

科研业绩:

顾景凯,中心主任,药物分析学博士,教授,博士生导师,唐敖庆特聘教授。主要从事药物代谢动力学、代谢组学研究。承担国家“十一五”和“十二五”重大新药创制专项的临床和临床前的药代平台建设,兼任分子酶学工程教育部重点实验室、理论化学国家重点实验室、艾滋病疫苗国家工程实验室、长效和靶向制剂国家重点实验室教授,美国化学会会员,国家药品审评中心评审专家,国家自然科学基金委医学科学部药物学与药理学科二审评委。中国药理学会药物代谢专业委员、中国药理学会临床药理专业委员、中国药学会药物分析专业委员、中国药学会应用药理学会专业委员、吉林省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主任、《药学学报》、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis、《中国药理学通报》编委。

近五年承担纵向课题12项,在研国家自然科学基金2项,“十一五”重大新药创制专项子课题(临床前药代动力学平台建设)1项, “十二五”重大新药创制专项子课题(全程可监控数字化创新药物临床研究技术平台建设)1项,临床前药代动力学研究30余项,临床药代动力学研究及生物等效性评价80余项。近五年,累计科研经费2000余万元,“十一五”期间科研经费列吉林大学第八,并获“十一五”吉林大学科技工作突出贡献奖。发表论文87篇,SCI收录共75篇,其中IF: 3-5共计40篇,IF大于5,共10篇,申请专利5项,出版著作《缓控释制剂药物动力学》和《临床药物动力学》两部。
