男,2001年本科毕业于山东农业大学,2004年硕士毕业于南京农业大学,2009年在中科院动物所获得理学博士,主要研究方向是体细胞重编程。2009-2010在美国麻州大学畜牧兽医系进行博士后研究,主要从事早期胚胎发育的表观遗传调控;2010-2011在哈佛大学细胞学系从事TAP63对卵泡凋亡和胰腺组织特异干细胞影响机制的研究;2012年-2018年,在哈佛大学贝斯医学中心从事博士后研究,主要研究方向是蛋白质翻译后修饰对细胞周期,细胞增殖和癌症发生、发展以及药物耐药性的影响。2018年以人才引进入职吉林大学第一医院。目前主要的研究方向是利用基因编辑技术进行人类疾病大动物(猪)模型的研究,并用细胞生物学、生物化学、动物模型等研究信号通路在发育和疾病(遗传,癌症)中的作用及其翻译后修饰的调控机制。
近年来,共发表学术论文45篇,在Nature Medicine, Molecular Cell, Cancer Discovery, Nature Communication, Science Signaling, Protein Cell等国际著名学术期刊发表SCI研究论文或综述论文共33 篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含并列)发表16篇。并获得美国卫生研究院(NIH)T32的科研奖励。
